WE thoroughly enjoy to give our clients not only the most amazing experience, we take our work seriously (on and off the water :P) and want to provide the best possible and safe experience for all registrants. It takes our amazing team to put together an excursion for you.
From our SUP Teachers to our Kite/Paddle School team to prepare boards and move them around this little town called Tulum. Its a big Job and we are organized and Professional and don't want anyone to miss out!!! Therefore, Our policy is as follows:
REGISTRATION and Payment Required IN FULL at Registration Time!

Cancellations: For Group bookings outside of our website registration, please note we have made your excursion exclusive and private outside of our regular scheduled tours, therefore, we have cancelled our regular tours that specific day for outside clients to join. Therefore, your booking is 100% non-refundable. You are credited for your tour upon your next visit, valid for 1 year! We will issue a 100% refund if you booked your tour and we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
NO SHOWS - LATE - WRONG LOCATION - we clearly state in our email responder, our location meeting point and time. If you are running late, please send us a whatsapp to +52 984 134 9721, we usually wait, but if other clients are waiting as well, we will have to leave! We do not refund in these instances, however, we gladly will give you a voucher for up to 1 year to join us again.
For all website registrations : PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU CANNOT MAKE your upcoming travel, we will issue you a refund if cancellation is made 5 days before tour! Full credit for when you return, if after 5 days has passed. Valid for 1 year.
Rain/Weather Policy - Severe weather in this area of The Yucatan is rare outside of HURRICANE Season. For Hurricane Season, we have much notice from the NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTRE to be able to prepare for such an event. (Please click link should you want information: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo.php?basin=atlc&fdays=2 and tours will proceed as scheduled in light rain and other mild weather conditions. When the weather calls for happens to be THUNDER and LIGHTNING we absolutely do not go out as its NOT safe whatsoever to be on water! We take your safety and ours very seriously. In the rare event that we have to cancel a tour or excursion, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your excursion (subject to availability and weather improvement) or receive credit towards a future excursion as well as the right to transfer your registration to another group or persons.
LOSS OR DAMAGE POLICY
All our KITE SURFING, PADDLEBOARD and PADDLE EQUIPMENT is shipped from outside of Mexico. Our fleet is a very important component obviously to our work. Clients and Students are responsible for equipment in case of loss or damage. For repairs, we have in-house team to fix boards. For kite surf damage, we have DR. KITE in Cancun to repair - Client is responsible for payment at time of loss or damage. For our SUP Boards and Paddles, leashes and anchors, clients and students are 100% responsible for replacement and shipping costs. If damaged, we will do our best to repair in - house, in case of loss, client or student is responsible for replacement payment in full at the time. We have implemented this program as it is industry standard and we take very good care of our fleet of top of the line equipment.
COVID 19 POLICY/PANDEMIC POLICY
Due to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that changes in travel plans may be necessary. We are committed to providing flexibility for our clients during these unprecedented times.
If our clients or our staff need to cancel due to COVID-19 related issues, we offer the option to reschedule your reservation within two years from the original date of the booking. We also accept transfers of your TOUR or training to other persons. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations related to COVID-19.
We recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

We have implemented these policies as they are Industry Standard Outdoor Tour Company Policies. From our past experience in having registrants sign up and we put our heart and soul into getting all our boards picked up from our school, (often times 36 hours before) drinks and raw vegan snacks homemade, (all our organic vegetables for juices bought and delivered to our juicery) only to not have someone show up or cancel last minute, or have boards left with clients or rented out, we are sure you understand. When you pay in advance, you are guaranteed a BOGA BOARD RESERVED JUST FOR YOU *(see above) and the most amazing experience you will have in The Mayan Riviera. There, that wasn't so bad right? :P
